How to make it

  • BOIL GROUND BEEF, DRAIN. BREAK INTO SMALL PIECES. ADD KETCHUP, BROWN SUGAR, WORCHESTER SAUCEAND SOUP. RETURN TO PAN, CONTINUE COOKING.
  • SLICE ONIONS AND PEPPERS, PLACE IN HEATED OLIVE OIL. ADD GARLIC POWDER AND LIME PEPPER, COOK UNTIL SOFT.
  • ADD ADD TO GROUND BEEF, CONTINUE COOKING. MAKE PASTA ACCORDING TO DIRECTIONS ON PKG, DRAIN.
  • SPRAY 2 LARGE 9X12" BAKING DISHES. PLACES PASTA IN DISHES. PUT MIXTURE OVER TOP. SPRINKLE WITH CHEESE. BAKE FOR 30 MINUTES
  • IN A 350 OVEN.

    This looks fantastic but WOW that's a lot of ketchup!! Has anyone tried watering down the ketchup so it's not so intense or trying canned tomatoes? Ketchup is loaded with sodium and sugar is why I ask..... but it looks like a great recipe!

    I'M SURE THAT WOULD BE FINE. THE FLAVOR COMES FROM THE SPICES. WHEN I MAKE GROUND BEEF, I BOIL IT TO GET THE FAT OUT, EVEN IF I'M USING LEAN GROUND BEEF.

    I think i'll cut this in half to make for a family meal using 1 1/4 c ketchup, 2T lt brown sugar and 2 T worchester and 1 can soup for seasonings? what to serve with beside green salad? I love the peppers since my family is just starting to "get into them" they're appreciating the colors.also,what size noodle pkg?
