i had a question about the cinnamon, i am admittedly not a big fan and i was wondering how important that is to the cake or if you have any alternatives? i'm excited to try it!

This sounds delightful, pistachio nuts and pistachio pudding have such a wonderful flavor. I can hardly wait to give it a try. Thanks for the post.

Your welcome and so glad you both liked it. It is a favorite in my home as well. I am a volunteer for Meals on Wheels and I take this to a few special people on my route and they always enjoy it.

Hello, I made this today and the cakes have so much flavor. I love the idea that it is baked in a loaf pan and my husband commented that he couldn't believe how moist it tasted. His favorite USE to be banana bread. Now, it seems to have changed to Pistachio Pound Cake. Thank you for submitting a great recipe. :D
