Cypriot Cabbage Salad with Nuts And Raisins

- ½ medium size cabbage shopping list
- 2 -3 stalks of celery shopping list
- 1 onion finely chopped shopping list
- ¾ cup of walnuts cut in big pieces shopping list
- 2 spoonfuls of raisin shopping list
- 1 lemon zest and juice shopping list
- 1 small mayonnaise shopping list
- 2 spoonfuls of olive oil shopping list
- 1 spoonful of wine vinegar shopping list
- 1 small spoonful of mild mustard shopping list
- salt, pepper, paprika shopping list
How to make it
- Finely cut cabbage and add all other ingredients.
- Salad dressing: After putting half the mayonnaise put in the jar the olive oil, the lemon, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper and shake well. Pour over the salad. Mix well and sprinkle with papprika.
- This salad can be preserved in refrigerator for 3 – 4 days as is just as good as the first day.
