How to make it

  • Finely cut cabbage and add all other ingredients.
  • Salad dressing: After putting half the mayonnaise put in the jar the olive oil, the lemon, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper and shake well. Pour over the salad. Mix well and sprinkle with papprika.
  • This salad can be preserved in refrigerator for 3 – 4 days as is just as good as the first day.
