Made this for dinner tonight served over rice. Big hit will be makingvit again. Super easy. I simply microwaved the butter sauce for 1 minute instead of stovetop. Sadly I was out of fresh parsely but dried substituted well.

I can see why this is a popular recipe!! I thought I had made enough shrimp, but my husband wouldn't stop eating them, so no leftovers :( I would like to try frankies idea next time of half cheese and half Panko breadcrumbs. As is though, delicious!! Added a review in the IMI link below :)

I made this again tonight but did a couple of things differently. First, I was in a hurry and didn't want to dirty another pan so I just put the sauce ingredients in a measuring cup and microwaved them on high for 30 seconds. I made sure the butter was all melted (I halved the recipe so someone else's time may be different) and then poured it on the shrimp. I used smoked paprika and half cheese, half breadcrumbs for the top. I wish I had Panko breadcrumbs but I just had plain ol' Italian seasoned crumbs. I remembered the bread this time! Delicious again! I added another picture, too.

I finally got around to making this. It was so good! I made 1/2 of the recipe as that was all the shrimp I had. I was so wishing I had some French bread! I added a couple of pictures. A bit more in IMI.
