Ingredients

How to make it

  • Rinse fish and pat dry.
  • Place fish on foil lined baking sheet.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Spread cream cheese over fish
  • Layer with spinach.
  • Mix together all other ingredients and spread on top.
  • Bake at 350 degrees 30 min or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

    This IS a really yummy way to serve salmon. It was quite rich and we couldn't finish. Reheated for lunch the next day it was just as good suprisingly. I'll make it again, probably for a special occasion as it is very visually appealing.
