My Moms Turkey Gravy

- Giblets (should soak overnight in salt water) shopping list
- 1 onion, sliced lengthwise shopping list
- 2 stalks celergy, rough chopped shopping list
- 1 qt. seasoned turkey broth shopping list
- 8 T drippings shopping list
- 12 T browned flour shopping list
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup shopping list
How to make it
- Soak giblets overnight in salt water
- Early in day, place flour in oven baking dish, and brown in oven on lo heat. (Shake dish ocasionally - will take more borwoned flour than biscuit gravy)
- After soaking overnight, simmer giblets with onion and celery for 2 hours
- Add browned flour to turkey drippings over medium heat.
- Stir til smooth.
- Add broth from giblets, a little at a time.
- Cook, while stirring, until well-blended
- Add soup and giblets
- Simmer 20 minutes
