Ingredients

How to make it

  • Soak giblets overnight in salt water
  • Early in day, place flour in oven baking dish, and brown in oven on lo heat. (Shake dish ocasionally - will take more borwoned flour than biscuit gravy)
  • After soaking overnight, simmer giblets with onion and celery for 2 hours
  • Add browned flour to turkey drippings over medium heat.
  • Stir til smooth.
  • Add broth from giblets, a little at a time.
  • Cook, while stirring, until well-blended
  • Add soup and giblets
  • Simmer 20 minutes

    Giblets scare me. I've never had them. But....this looks realllllyyyy yummy. Maybe I could use the stick blender to puree them and then I wouldn't notice the little critters in there? :)
