4 Cheese Mac And Cheese Recipe

Ingredients

1 Lb. Penne Pasta

3 C cream

1C Sharp Cheddar

1C Mozzarella

1C Pepper Jack

1C Shredded Parmesan

1 T Butter

! Clove Garlic Diced

1/4 C Fresh Parsley Chopped

1 Handful Bread Crumbs

Directions

Cook Pasta til Al Dente

Drain well

Pour into Buttered Baking Dish

Melt 1 T Butter in a large saucepan

Add diced Garlic

Add Parmesan

Add Cream and heat slowly

Add Cheeses

Stir till melted and sauce-like

Pour Cheese sauce over cooked Pasta

Toss well

Sprinkle a small handful of Bead Crumbs on top

Sprinkle a little Extra Cheese over all

Bake in Preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes
