Apple Walnut Cake

- 1-2/3 Cups sugar shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1/2 Cup vegetable oil shopping list
- 2 Cups flour shopping list
- 2 teaspoons baking soda shopping list
- 1-1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg shopping list
- 4 Cups Chopped Unpeeled apples shopping list
- 1 Cup Chopped walnuts shopping list
- Frosting: 2 packages (3 ounce each) cream cheese (Softened) shopping list
- 3 Tablespoons Softened butter shopping list
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract shopping list
- 1-1/2 Cups powdered sugar shopping list
How to make it
- In a Mixing Bowl, Beat Sugar & Eggs. Add Oil & Vanilla; Mix Well. Combine Flour, Baking Soda, Cinnamon, Salt, & Nutmeg; Gradually Add to Sugar Mixture, Mixing Well. Stir in Apples & Walnuts. Pour into a Greased & Floured 13 x 9 x 2 baking pan. Bake at 350 Degrees for 50 to 55 Minutes or until Cake tests done with toothpick. Cool on Wire Rack
- For Frosting, Beat Cream Cheese, Butter, & Vanilla in Bowl, gradually add Powdered Sugar until the Frosting has reached desired spreading consistency. Frost Cake when Completely Cooled
