Ingredients

How to make it

  • Mix wet and dry separately, then combine and mix well.
  • Mix in chocolate and fruit.
  • Drop heaping teaspoons of batter on a parchment-lined cookie sheet. Flatten with a fork if you like.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 375 (350 if using dark or uninsulated pans, and/or if your oven is extra hot) for 8-12 minutes. They're ready when the edges are slightly browned - keep checking as honey browns fast.

I just found your list of "healthy" yummy goodies. Thank you for your research. When your Indian honey fudge is back, I'd like to know! thanks. and I am going to bake the honey almond macaroons. when I do cookies next, I'll use this monster cookie recipe. love the list of healthier choices rather than the big corporate "sludge". thanks lots, pattycake!!
