How to make it

  • Marinate chicken breasts in egg for 1-2 hours. Bread and saute in
  • 6T. margarine or butter. Remove and saute mushrooms.
  • Place in a baking dish with mushrooms and a slic of muenster cheese on top,add 1/4 c. chicken broth to the pan.
  • Bake at 350 for 20 mins.
  • Note: The egg marinade and the chicken broth in the pan makes the chicken nice and moist.
