Ingredients

4 -6 boneless chicken breasts

3 eggs ,beaten

8T. margarine

1c. bread crumbs

10 oz. mushrooms

4-6 slices muenster cheese

1/4c. chicken broth

Directions

Marinate chicken breasts in egg for 1-2 hours. Bread and saute in

6T. margarine or butter. Remove and saute mushrooms.

Place in a baking dish with mushrooms and a slic of muenster cheese on top,add 1/4 c. chicken broth to the pan.

Bake at 350 for 20 mins.

Note: The egg marinade and the chicken broth in the pan makes the chicken nice and moist.
