Pat In The Pan Pie Crust Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups plus 3 tablespoons all purpose flour

1 1/2 teaspoons sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup vegetable oil

3 tablespoons cold milk

Directions

You can"t roll this dough.

Mix right into 1 (8" or 9") pie plate.

Mix the following in order

flour

sugar

salt

Mix together and add to rest:

oil and milk

Mix right into the pie plate.

Pat first up the sides and then the bottom
