How to make it

  • In processor bowl, chop cranberries until coarsely ground
  • In medium bowl, place cranberries, add sugar and pineapple
  • Chill for 2 hours
  • In medium bowl, whip cream
  • Fold in marshmallows with cream
  • Chill for 2 hours
  • After 2 hours, in *large bowl* combine cranberry mixture with whipped cream mixture, and add nuts
  • Chill for at least another 1 hour
  • NOTE: This keeps 1 week in refrigerator, but we never have any left! :)
