Cheese Cake Cream Cups Frozen Dessert Recipe

Ingredients

1-8 ounce package cream cheese

1 cup sifted powdered sugar

2 cups whipping cream

1 teaspoon vanilla or almond extract

Fresh fruit or favorite topping

Directions

In large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth

Blend in powdered sugar

Add *whipping cream* and vanilla or almond extract

Mix thoroughly

Pour into 8 paper-lined muffin tins and freeze

Before serving, remove paper liners, spoon fresh fruit or favorite topping on each cream

A FEW SUGGESTIONS

Top with strawberries

Top with blueberries

Top with Apricot Preserves, top with fresh apricot half, toasted almonds

Top with mixture of fresh chopped cranberries, orange, sugar, pecans

Dollop with Orange Marmalade, top with Mandarin Orange Slice, shaved chocolate

NOTE: LOTS OF DIFFERENT WAYS TO TOP THESE CREAM CUPS
