Grandmas Slaw

- 1 cup vinegar (white or amber) shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 head cabbage grated shopping list
- 1 medium onion minced shopping list
- 1 tsp. celery seed shopping list
- 1 tsp. mustard seed shopping list
How to make it
- Heat vinegar and sugar on low till sugar dissolves. Stir frequently. When sugar has dissolved, take off heat and let cool to room temp.
- Pour over grated cabbage and onion
- Stir in celery and mustard seeds
- Put in refrigerator. This actually taste better when it sits in refrig for a while. It will keep almost indefinately......It's like a woman, it's versitile, improves with age and gets spicier the longer it waits.
