Parmesean Crusted Tilapia Fillets

- 2 tilapia fillets (can be fresh or frozen, If frozen thaw) shopping list
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs (can use plain or seasoned) shopping list
- 1/4 cup parmesean cheese shopping list
- 1 egg, beaten (I use egg beaters) shopping list
- 2 pats buter shopping list
- cooking spray shopping list
How to make it
- Make egg wash.
- In shallow dish, combine crumbs and cheese.
- Dip fillets into egg and then into crumbs.
- Spray pan with cooking spray.
- Place fillets in pan and top with butter.
- Bake 425 degrees until fish is flakey.
