Ingredients
  • 2 tilapia fillets (can be fresh or frozen, If frozen thaw)
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs (can use plain or seasoned)
  • 1/4 cup parmesean cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten (I use egg beaters)
  • 2 pats buter
  • cooking spray

Directions
  1. Make egg wash.
  2. In shallow dish, combine crumbs and cheese.
  3. Dip fillets into egg and then into crumbs.
  4. Spray pan with cooking spray.
  5. Place fillets in pan and top with butter.
  6. Bake 425 degrees until fish is flakey.
