I use a crust/coating similar to this for fish and chicken. It is the closest to what I had on a RCCL cruise. My recipe adds parsley and garlic. Whirl everything in food processor. Can be frozen. Coat fish or chicken with egg, EVOO, mayo, or, my fav: grainy or dijon mustard mixed with egg and EVOO. This is my first visit here, and, voila---I find a wonderful recipe. Thanks!
