Cajun Potato Gems

Spicy and easy. A great side for any meal.
Ingredients
- 2 idaho potatoes, large shopping list
- 2 sweet potatoes, large shopping list
- 2 Tablespoon paprika shopping list
- 1 1/2 teaspoon black pepper shopping list
- 1 1/2 teaspoon white pepper shopping list
- 1 1/2 teaspoon onion powder shopping list
- 1 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper shopping list
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 1/2 teaspoon thyme shopping list
- 1 1/2 teaspoon oregano shopping list
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Mix all spices together.
- Peel the potatoes.
- Cut the potatoes in half, then cut on the diagonal into equal size pieces.
- Place the potatoes in a large bowl with the vegetable oil and toss to evenly coat.
- Sprinkle with the Cajun spices and toss to evenly coat.
- Place the potatoes on a cookie sheet and bake in 400-degree oven until tender-approximately 40 minutes depending on the size of the potato pieces
