Hearty crock pot meal made with O'brien potatoes, Cheddar cheese and Kielbasa

Ingredients
  • 1 package (28oz) frozen O'brien potatoes with onions and peppers
  • 2 packages Kielbasa or Smoked sausage links 1lb each
  • 4 C Cheddar cheese grated
  • 2 cans (10oz) mushroom soup
  • Salt and Pepper

Directions
  1. Cut Kielbasa in 1in slices
  2. Combine potatoes and Kielbasa together
  3. Put half of the mixture in the crockpot and top with Cheddar cheese
  4. Sprinkle with Salt and Pepper
  5. Repeat with remaining potatoe mixture, Cheddar cheese and Salt & Pepper.
  6. Pour Mushroom Soup over the top of last layer.
  7. Cook for 8 to 10 hours on low or 6 to 8 on high
