Blueberry Coffee Cake

- cake shopping list
- 2 C flour shopping list
- ¾ C sugar shopping list
- ¼ C shortening shopping list
- ¾ C milk shopping list
- 2 ½ tsp baking powder shopping list
- ¾ tsp salt shopping list
- 2 C fresh or frozen (thawed & drained) blueberries shopping list
- Topping shopping list
- ¼ C firm margerine or butter shopping list
- ½ C sugar shopping list
- 1/3 C flour shopping list
- ½ tsp cinnamon shopping list
- Cut butter into remaining ingredients, mix until shopping list
- Crumbly shopping list
- glaze shopping list
- ½ C powdered sugar shopping list
- ¼ tsp vanilla shopping list
- 1 ½ to 2 tsp hot water shopping list
- Mix all ingredients until smooth and of drizzling shopping list
- consistency shopping list
How to make it
- Oven 375
- Pan 9” round or square, greased
- Prepare topping and set aside.
- Mix remaining ingredients except blueberries (and glaze) in large bowl. Fold in blueberries.
- Spread in pan.
- Sprinkle with topping.
- Bake 45 or 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out
- Clean
- Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan if desired.
- Drizzle glaze over warm coffee cake.
- Serve warm or let stand until cool.
