How to make it

  • In a small sauce pan,over medium heat,melt butter then whisk in flour
  • quickly whisk in milk and cook till starts to thicken
  • add chives,shrimp,sherry,salt and cayenne
  • spoon into buttered ramenkin or shells
  • sprinkle with cheese and wheat germ
  • bake at 350F. for 15 minutes
