Alfredo Sauce Stuffed Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

4 bonless chicken breast ( sliced thin like a cutlet)

1 Cup shredded part- skim or whole Mozzarella

5 slices of bacon (if desired) crisp cooked and crumbled

1 egg beaten

1/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs

2 Tbsp Olive oil

2 cups Alfredo sauce

1/4 cup chicken broth

Alfredo Sauce Ingredients

-1 pint of Heavy Cream

1 stick of Butter

2 Tbsp Cream Cheese

1/2 - 3/4 C Parmesan Cheese

1 tsp. garlic Powder

1/2 tsp of salt ( if desired)

1/2 tsp black pepper ( if desired)

Directions

Top each chicken breast with cheese and bacon , roll up and secure with toothpicks.

Dip chicken in egg then bread crumbs.

in 12 -inch or so.. skillet heat olive oil over medium-high heat and brown chicken, turning occasionally.

Stir in Alfredo sauce and broth , bring to boil over high heat.

Reduce heat to low and simmer, covered for 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked

Directions for Alfredo Sauce

In a sauce pan combine butter,

heavy cream

, and cream cheese.

simmer until all is melted.

stir occasionally.

Add the parmesan cheese and garlic powder,

Simmer 15 -20 minutes on low.

Season with salt and pepper if desired
