This is the way to start a Sunday morning.

Ingredients
  • 4 slices cinnamon raisin bread
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp fresh orange juice
  • Butter
  • Cream Cheese
  • Warm maple syrup

Directions
  1. Beat the eggs with the orange juice.
  2. Dip the bread into the egg mixture to soak it up.
  3. Saute these in butter until golden on one side and then flip, continue cooking until both sides are golden.
  4. Remove to a plate and spread the cream cheese on two slices.
  5. Top with the other slices to be sandwiches.
  6. Serve with warm maple syrup and some berries and sliced bananas.
