How to make it

  • In large bowl, combine unbleached flour, salt and baking powder.
  • Cut in shortening until it is like coarse crumbs.
  • Stir in powdered milk, then whole wheat flour.
  • Store in airtight container.
  • Keeps for about 2 months.
  • To measure, fluff mix with spoon handle and scoop into measuring cup, do not pack down.
