Homemade Bisquick

- 4 cups unbleached flour shopping list
- 4 cups whole wheat flour shopping list
- 1/4 cup baking powder shopping list
- 4 teaspoons salt shopping list
- 1 cup vegetable shortening shopping list
- 1 1/3 cups powdered dry milk shopping list
How to make it
- In large bowl, combine unbleached flour, salt and baking powder.
- Cut in shortening until it is like coarse crumbs.
- Stir in powdered milk, then whole wheat flour.
- Store in airtight container.
- Keeps for about 2 months.
- To measure, fluff mix with spoon handle and scoop into measuring cup, do not pack down.
