Ingredients

Romaine lettuce- torn

Bleu Cheese Dressing watered down a bit with milk

Toasted slivererd Almonds

Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Bleu Cheese Chunks

Craisins

Shredded Chicken leftover from something else.

Salt and Cracked Pepper to taste

Corn Tortilla's (4) ~ prefer La Tapitia Corn Tortillas (the most tasty corn flavor..mmmmm)

Directions

Assemble Salad, season with salt and pepper to taste.

For Tortilla Scoops - put corn tortillas in microwave until crispy or until it starts to turn brown - 1-2 min on high. Let sit for a minute to become crisp, and use as a salad scoop.
