My friend Kym made this up and it's TASTY, if you like blue cheese. Utensils? Nope, you use the chips as a scoop - messy and tasty!

Ingredients
  • Romaine lettuce- torn
  • Bleu Cheese Dressing watered down a bit with milk
  • Toasted slivererd Almonds
  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • Bleu Cheese Chunks
  • Craisins
  • Shredded Chicken leftover from something else.
  • Salt and Cracked Pepper to taste
  • Corn Tortilla's (4) ~ prefer La Tapitia Corn Tortillas (the most tasty corn flavor..mmmmm)

Directions
  1. Assemble Salad, season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. For Tortilla Scoops - put corn tortillas in microwave until crispy or until it starts to turn brown - 1-2 min on high. Let sit for a minute to become crisp, and use as a salad scoop.
