How to make it

  • Heat oil in lg. skillet. Add chicken;cook 4 mins. on each side. Remove from pan;keep warm
  • Add garlic to pan and saute 30 seconds. Add remaining ingredients;scrape pan to loosen brown bits.
  • Return chicken to the pan with accumulated juices. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 to 10 mins or until chicken is done.

    Delicious. Since I didn't have fresh, I used a bit (probably 2T) of dried parsley. And I followed my usual advice (it's not possible to use too many olives--its a logical impossibility). Well done, this one is a keeper!!

    My better half loves chicken thighs and they have become a family fav.I have a recipe to post and it is one my Daughter just made and I was proud ,she has shown no intrest in cooking for 28yrs.While taking a break from the medical field she is Nannying for an ER doc and needs to cook.I am sure she as I will love this one!!!!
