I don't remember where I got this recipe, I just found it saved on my computer but it sure sounds good so thought I would share it with you. I am thinking it will be a good breakfast for Christmas morning when we will have a couple of over night gues... More

I do this for a quick work breakfast. Cut it into five servings, wrap it in cling wrap and warm it in the microwave in a tortillia for a roady breakfast. Of course you need a slow drive through the woods like I have.
