Ingredients

How to make it

  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Grease a 13x9 inch baking dish.
  • Layer sausage, onions, and cheese in dish.
  • Stir remaining ingredients until blended.
  • Pour over cheese.
  • Bake uncovered 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown and set.

    Made this just this morning. I made one the other day with hashbrowns in it but my kids didn't like the texture. This was a hit! I added some shredded cheddar on top, only because my OCD was telling me that mozzarella in it just wasn't right lol. So, I used both :)
