Cheesecake Dip Recipe
This is a great dip to use for assorted fruits, cookies, or cake cubes....Approx 6 calories per teaspoon.

Ingredients
  • 3 ounces Light Philadelphia Brand Neufchatel Cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (can use Splenda)
  • 3 tables lowfat milk
  • 2 cups thawed Cool Whip Lite Whipped Topping
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions
  1. Beat cheese, sugar and milk until well blended and smooth
  2. Fold in whipped topping and vanilla
  3. Makes 2 cups
