Ingredients
  • 12 oz. dry fettuccine
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 cup red onion, chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon butter
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 3 Tablespoons black olives, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup beef broth
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Directions
  1. Cook pasta according to directions on box.
  2. In large skillet, brown beef. Drain and remove. Add onion and red pepper in butter until tender. Stir in tomatoes, mushrooms, olives, and beef. Season to taste. Simmer 10 minutes.
  3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  4. Lightly grease 9x13 inch pan. Layer noodles and mixture.
  5. Mix together soup, broth, and cheese. Pour over beef mixture. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake 30-35 minutes.
