    I love these cookies ;-) I am like Krumkake and have never made them but have enjoyed consuming them. Yes, I remember them being rolled so you've cut a step. Thank you.

    Oh OM, you're hitting my "memories" button again - I grew up on pepperkaker, and I love, love, love that cookie. I've never tried to make them myself, but I will attempt your recipe...I like that I can slice them from a roll, as I recall my great-gramma always rolled hers (and that's something I am NOT very good at)...thanks, OM!
