Ingredients

2 (10 oz) cans Whole Baby Clams

1 cup Flour

1 cup Cornmeal

2 tsp Baking Soda

2 tsp Kosher Salt

1 tsp fresh ground pepper

2 Eggs

1 tsp Garlic Powder

1 tsp Onion Powder

Canola oil

Heat oil to 350 degrees.

Directions

Drain baby clams and set aside. Combine flour, cornmeal, baking soda, salt and pepper. Add eggs, garlic powder and onion powder to flour mixture and mix. Add drained baby clams and mix thoroughly. Drop mixture by rounded tablespoon into hot oil till golden brown approx. Two minutes.
