How to make it
- Slice the hard boiled, peeled, whole eggs into halves, end to end.
- Gently remove the solid yolks and reserve the whole white shells for filling.
- With the back of a fork, mash the yolks.
- Add the other ingredients and thoroughly mix.
- Spoon the mixture back into the egg white shells, cover and refrigerate until needed
