Deviled Eggs Recipe
Classic Deviled Eggs. This is a perfect example of the simple and delicious foods passed down from one generation to another, that have come to be traditional.

Ingredients
  • 6 hard boiled eggs; peeled, chilled
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon fine ground white pepper
  • 2 tablespoons sweet pickles; minced fine

Directions
  1. Slice the hard boiled, peeled, whole eggs into halves, end to end.
  2. Gently remove the solid yolks and reserve the whole white shells for filling.
  3. With the back of a fork, mash the yolks.
  4. Add the other ingredients and thoroughly mix.
  5. Spoon the mixture back into the egg white shells, cover and refrigerate until needed
