How to make it

  • Slice the hard boiled, peeled, whole eggs into halves, end to end.
  • Gently remove the solid yolks and reserve the whole white shells for filling.
  • With the back of a fork, mash the yolks.
  • Add the other ingredients and thoroughly mix.
  • Spoon the mixture back into the egg white shells, cover and refrigerate until needed
