How to make it

  • Grease a 9X13 baking pan; set oven at 350 degrees;
  • In large bowl, cream butter and 1 1/2 cups sugar; mix in egg yolks, sour cream and vanilla;
  • In medium bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda,. and salt; stir into butter mixture;
  • Beat egg whites until they hold stiff peaks; fold into batter;
  • In small bowl, mix cinnamon with remaining sugar and chocolate chips;
  • Pout half the batter into the greased pan;
  • Sprinkle with half the cinnamon-sugar-choco chip mixture;
  • Pour remaining batter on top;
  • Sprinkle with remaining cinnamon-sugar-choco chip mixture;
  • Make 40 to 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
