Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  • Slice the tops off of the strawberries, just below the stems
  • Cut the tips off, so that the strawberries will stand up
  • Using a small spoon or melon baller, hollow out the strawberries
  • Stuff chocolate morsels in the strawberries, stand in baking dish
  • Lightly sprinkle with sugar
  • Roast until chocolate is melted, about 10-12 minutes
  • Top wtih whipped cream

    Hey! That's very creative. I had never thought of putting the chocolate IN the strawberries!
    Next time I make strawberries with chocolate I'll stuff them instead. haha. I will definitely get some extra points for this one! :P lol

    We love chocolate dipped strawberries, so I'm sure this will become another favorite of ours. Which of Rachael's shows was this on? I must of missed it.
