Lemon Fluff

- 12 ounce can evaporated milk shopping list
- 3 ounce box lemon gelatin shopping list
- 1/4 cup lemon juice shopping list
- 3/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 2-1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs shopping list
How to make it
- Chill milk at least 3 hours.
- Dissolve gelatin in 1-1/2 cups hot water.
- Chill until thick and beat until fluffy.
- Add lemon juice and sugar.
- Beat milk until thick then add first mixture.
- Sprinkle 1/2 of the crumbs into a rectangular dish.
- Pour in mix and cover with remaining crumbs.
- Chill.
