Lemon Fluff Recipe
This is a recipe I obtained from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Harrelson Estate in Detroit, Michigan in 1984. Source: Edith Buck 11-21-77 “Good”

Ingredients
  • 12 ounce can evaporated milk
  • 3 ounce box lemon gelatin
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2-1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

Directions
  1. Chill milk at least 3 hours.
  2. Dissolve gelatin in 1-1/2 cups hot water.
  3. Chill until thick and beat until fluffy.
  4. Add lemon juice and sugar.
  5. Beat milk until thick then add first mixture.
  6. Sprinkle 1/2 of the crumbs into a rectangular dish.
  7. Pour in mix and cover with remaining crumbs.
  8. Chill.

My aunt made this all the time years ago. She also made strawberry fluff! Both were really good. This brings back memories! Thanks.
