Steamed seabass w spicy sauce

- 1 sea bass fillet shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
- 1/4 black pepper shopping list
- 2 garlic cloves- sliced shopping list
- 1 garlic minced for steaming shopping list
- 1/4 tsp grated ginger shopping list
- 1 Fresh red chili- Sliced shopping list
- 5 brussel sprouts shopping list
- 1 tbl.sp- soy sauce shopping list
- 1 tsp hoisen sauce shopping list
- 1 minced Thai chili shopping list
- 1 tbl.sp sesame oil shopping list
- 1 green onion chopped shopping list
- 1 tsp fish sauce shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Season the sea bass well w/ a pinch of salt , minced garlic, both types of peppers on both sides
- 2. Steam it in a steamer for 10 min.
- 3. Meanwhile, take a pan, add the sesame oil, add sliced garlic once hot and reduce the heat.
- 4. Then add the ginger, sliced fresh red chili and brussel sprouts to cook.
- 5. Add all the liquids and chk for consistency. It should be like a thick sauce to go over the steamed fish.
- 6. Then add the chopped green onions.
- 7. Once the fish is steamed add the sauce w/ brussel sprouts over it and enjoy.

- Since we are adding soy sauce and other sauces be very careful when you add salt.
