How to make it

  • 1. Season the sea bass well w/ a pinch of salt , minced garlic, both types of peppers on both sides
  • 2. Steam it in a steamer for 10 min.
  • 3. Meanwhile, take a pan, add the sesame oil, add sliced garlic once hot and reduce the heat.
  • 4. Then add the ginger, sliced fresh red chili and brussel sprouts to cook.
  • 5. Add all the liquids and chk for consistency. It should be like a thick sauce to go over the steamed fish.
  • 6. Then add the chopped green onions.
  • 7. Once the fish is steamed add the sauce w/ brussel sprouts over it and enjoy.

  • Since we are adding soy sauce and other sauces be very careful when you add salt.

    I just posted this recipe with Sea bass. Any kind of Sea bass Black or Chilean is fine. I've made it even with Tilapia and Halibut.
