Ingredients
  • 1 Sea bass fillet
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 black pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves- sliced
  • 1 garlic minced for steaming
  • 1/4 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 Fresh red chili- Sliced
  • 5 brussel sprouts
  • 1 tbl.sp- Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp hoisen sauce
  • 1 minced Thai chili
  • 1 tbl.sp Sesame oil
  • 1 green onion chopped
  • 1 tsp fish sauce

Directions
  1. 1. Season the sea bass well w/ a pinch of salt , minced garlic, both types of peppers on both sides
  2. 2. Steam it in a steamer for 10 min.
  3. 3. Meanwhile, take a pan, add the sesame oil, add sliced garlic once hot and reduce the heat.
  4. 4. Then add the ginger, sliced fresh red chili and brussel sprouts to cook.
  5. 5. Add all the liquids and chk for consistency. It should be like a thick sauce to go over the steamed fish.
  6. 6. Then add the chopped green onions.
  7. 7. Once the fish is steamed add the sauce w/ brussel sprouts over it and enjoy.

  10. Since we are adding soy sauce and other sauces be very careful when you add salt.

This truly sounds delicious. What sz sea bass do you use?


I just posted this recipe with Sea bass. Any kind of Sea bass Black or Chilean is fine. I've made it even with Tilapia and Halibut.
