Alterations


Oops, Marie forgot to send this. Below is the potato crust recipe I used the other day.

Golden Brown and Crisp Potato Crust
Ingredients
2 cups shredded potatoes
1/8 cup grated onion
1 egg beaten
1 tablespoon all purpose flour
1/8 teaspoon granulated garlic
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
1½ tbsp olive oil

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
2. Place shredded potatos in colander and press out excess liquid from potatoes
3. In a large bowl, combine the potatoes grated onion, eggs, flour, garlic, salt and pepper. Mix well
4. Press into a prepared pan and bake for 15 minutes.
5. Brush with olive oil and bake for 10 more minutes then place under broiler and broil for 3 minutes, until golden and crisp.
