Aglow Sweet and Sour Stew

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup flour shopping list
- 1 t salt shopping list
- dash pepper shopping list
- 2 lbs stew meat shopping list
- 1/4 cup oil shopping list
- 1 cup water shopping list
- 1/2 cup catsup shopping list
- 1/4 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1/4 cup vinegar shopping list
- 1 T worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1 t salt shopping list
- 1 large onion, chopped shopping list
- 2 potatoes, peeled and cut up shopping list
- 3 carrots, diced shopping list
How to make it
- Coat meat with seasoned flour. Brown meat in oil.
- Combine water, catsup, sugar, vinegar, Worc. sauce, and salt. Pour over meat.
- Add onion, cover and cook 45 minutes.
- Add carrots and potatoes, cover and simmer until done.
