Ingredients
- 1 cut up chicken or slab of back ribs
- use what ever marinade or rub that you like
- peel white skin off bone side of ribs
Directions
- pressure cook for 15 minutes (weight slowly giggling)
- remove from heat and cool down under cold running water
- remove with tongs carefully for meat will be "fall off the bone tender".
- if you start your BBQ coals befor you do the pressure cooking they will be ready.Baste with your favorite sauce and brown up on BBQ.
- start to finish about 30 minutes.when I do chicken I save the cooking water and defat for a tasty chicken stock

I was told that one has to add at least 1/2 cup of liquid whenver pressure cooking anything. Did you also add some liquid to the pot?}
