How to make it

  • pressure cook for 15 minutes (weight slowly giggling)
  • remove from heat and cool down under cold running water
  • remove with tongs carefully for meat will be "fall off the bone tender".
  • if you start your BBQ coals befor you do the pressure cooking they will be ready.Baste with your favorite sauce and brown up on BBQ.
  • start to finish about 30 minutes.when I do chicken I save the cooking water and defat for a tasty chicken stock

If you have any more pressure cooker recipes, please post them? I'd love to learn more about this type of cooking. {I noticed that you didn't add water to the recipe. I was told that one has to add at least 1/2 cup of liquid whenver pressure cooking anything. Did you also add some liquid to the pot?}
