Caviar and Egg Parfait

- * 2 whole eggs shopping list
- * 1 tsp. fresh chives, chopped shopping list
- * 1 tbsp. half and half shopping list
- * 1/2 tsp. unsalted butter shopping list
- * salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- * 1 branch fresh chervil shopping list
- * 1/2 ounce Caviar shopping list
How to make it
- Mix eggs, half and half, salt and pepper in small bowl, and scramble with butter in saute pan ’til done. **Do not brown**
- Fold with fresh chives and place in parfait glass.
- Garnish with 1/2 ounce Caviar and fresh chervil.
- Serve with Toast Points with Red Currant Jam and of course...Fresh Coffee!

Oh, heavens, a glass of brut and I'm one happy lady with this recipe. Now, if I could only get someone to make it for me....I adore chives, eggs and caviar. This looks sublime.
