Caviar And Egg Parfait Recipe

Ingredients

* 2 whole eggs

* 1 tsp. fresh chives, chopped

* 1 tbsp. half and half

* 1/2 tsp. unsalted butter

* Salt and Pepper to taste

* 1 branch fresh chervil

* 1/2 ounce Caviar

Directions

Mix eggs, half and half, salt and pepper in small bowl, and scramble with butter in saute pan ’til done. **Do not brown**

Fold with fresh chives and place in parfait glass.

Garnish with 1/2 ounce Caviar and fresh chervil.

Serve with Toast Points with Red Currant Jam and of course...Fresh Coffee!
