Bread Machine Honey Buttermilk Wheat Bread Recipe

Ingredients

2-1/2 tsp active dry yeast

1 cup whole wheat flour

2 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 tsp baking soda

1 tsp salt

3 Tbs honey

1-1/2 Tbs vegetable oil

1-1/2 cups buttermilk (room temperature)

Directions

Put ingredients into bread machine in order recommended by manufacturer.

Instructions say to use "Medium" temperature setting. I used my machine's Whole Wheat Bread setting set at 1.5 lb loaf.
