Loaded Granola

- 3 cups quick cooking oats shopping list
- 1/3 cup wheat germ shopping list
- 1/3 cup sunflower seeds shopping list
- 1/3 cup sesame seeds shopping list
- 1/3 cup slivered almonds shopping list
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon shopping list
- 1/3 cup canola oil shopping list
- 1/4 cup honey shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- 1/2 cup craisins shopping list
How to make it
- Place oats, wheat germ, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds and almonds in ungreased bowl.
- Heat in microwave on full power for 2 minutes.
- Add brown sugar and cinnamon to mixture then stir to blend.
- Add oil, honey and vanilla to dry ingredients and toss lightly until coated.
- Cook in microwave on level 7 for 6 minutes.
- Stir twice during cooking.
- Add cranberries then cook in microwave on full power for 2 minutes.
- Press granola onto baking sheet then cool completely.
- Break into pieces and store in tightly covered container or in the refrigerator.
