What is in the baking mix? It is self-rising flour or something?

Bisquick is what I use.

I made your bread! It was fabulous! I made a few small modifications...1) I used parmesan instead of asiago (realized I forgot to get it at the store and didn't feel like going back!) and 2) I made your recipe into rolls, instead of a loaf! The dough was a little gooey, but I sprayed my hands with non-stick cooking spray and it worked fine! I just plopped the lumps of dough on a pan and baked them for about 20 min! They were delicious! Everyone I shared them with, raved about them! Thanks for the great recipe!

Okay so here's the deal. Great! And. Great! Yesterday I made this delicious bread. Ding dong that I am, I left out the flour. It looked a little soupy but I thought it was supposed to be. Until I read the time and noticed my error! I cooked it the 60 minutes and we ate it last night - very good! It was a denser bread but very good. I'm baking another loaf right now with ALL the ingredients!
Also, Trader Joe's has a wonderful whole grain baking mix that I used and it was perfect!
Thanks!
