How to make it

  • Put frozen cherries and preserves in saucepan and bring to boil
  • Simmer 5 minutes the remove from heat and cool completely
  • Combine sugar, juice and cheese and beat with a hand mixer until smooth. Cover and chill
  • Spoon 2 tsp. crumbs into each glass; top with 1 1/2 tsp. cream cheese mixture and 3 tbls. cherry mixture. Repeat layers. Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream.
