Ingredients

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

1/4 cup softened butter

2 plus 4 and 1/2 cups powdered sugar

1/3 cup milk (plus some for thinning)

2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

In extra-large bowl, beat the peanut butter and softened butter with mixer until smooth.

Slowly add 2 cups powdered sugar, beating well.

Beat in 1/3 cup milk and vanilla.

Slowly beat in remaining powdered sugar (4 and 1/2 cups).

Beat in additional milk 1 Tbsp. at a time to make the frosting a spreadable consistency.
