The liquer of love!! This is an excellent winter warming drink, tastes better than store bought, super easy to make - makes a great gift for Xmas!

Ingredients
- 6 cups water
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 3 cups vodka (I always add more!)
- 6 Tbs almond extract
- 4 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
- combine water and sugars in saucepan over medium heat.
- heat to boiling, until all suger is dissolved
- remove pan from heat
- let mixture cool completely
- add vanilla and almond flavorings
- add vodka and stir.
- Taste
- makes (3) 750 ml bottles

substitute coffee for the almond flavoring and you will have a pretty good stand in for coffee liqueur (a la Kaluha)
