This is a great way to serve chicken when your looking for something different or just anytime really. It's very flavorful and the chicken and sauerkraut put together this way is a wonderful combination. You may think it sounds unusual but do try i... More

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts , boneless & skinless
- 3/4 teaspoon of salt
- 3/4 teaspoon of pepper
- 2 cups sauerkraut washed and drained
- 4 slices of provolone cheese
- 4 Tablespoons of russian salad dressing
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350*
- Spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and set chicken in the bottom.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Spread the sauerkraut over each piece of chicken
- Top with a slice of provolone cheese
- Cover with the Russian salad dressing
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake until chicken is tender, approx. 15 to 20 minutes.
