Chicken and Kraut

- 4 chicken breasts , boneless & skinless shopping list
- 3/4 teaspoon of salt shopping list
- 3/4 teaspoon of pepper shopping list
- 2 cups sauerkraut washed and drained shopping list
- 4 slices of provolone cheese shopping list
- 4 Tablespoons of Russian salad dressing shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350*
- Spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and set chicken in the bottom.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Spread the sauerkraut over each piece of chicken
- Top with a slice of provolone cheese
- Cover with the Russian salad dressing
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake until chicken is tender, approx. 15 to 20 minutes.
