Cajun Red Beans And Rice Dated 1954 Recipe

Cajun Red Beans And Rice Dated 1954 Recipe
This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Early Estate in Corpus Christi, Texas in 1992. Notation on card indicates this was Aunt Lizzy's specialty.

Aunt Lizzy had it down too. I put jalapeno's or serrano's in mine but that's just a personal thing. TY.
