Ingredients
  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 1 package taco seasoning mix
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 can nacho cheese soup
  • 1 32-ounce package tater tots

Directions
  1. 1. In a skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat
  2. is no longer pink; drain. Stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer,
  3. uncovered, for 5 minutes. Add corn and soup; mix well.
  4. 2. Transfer to a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish.
  5. Arrange Tater Tots in a single layer over the top. Bake, uncovered, at
  6. 350 degrees F for 30-35 minutes or until potatoes are crispy and
  7. golden brown.

I have never seen nacho cheese soup in Canada do you think I can replace it with the nacho cheese you eat with tortila chips? Or even cheddar cheese soup, we have that.


Oh this one is different from the one I make. Now I can make two different ones and won't have to hear but we just had this. lol
