Ingredients

2 pounds ground beef

1/4 cup chopped onions

1 package taco seasoning mix

2/3 cup water

1 can corn, drained

1 can nacho cheese soup

1 32-ounce package tater tots

Directions

1. In a skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat

is no longer pink; drain. Stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer,

uncovered, for 5 minutes. Add corn and soup; mix well.

2. Transfer to a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish.

Arrange Tater Tots in a single layer over the top. Bake, uncovered, at

350 degrees F for 30-35 minutes or until potatoes are crispy and

golden brown.
