Just another smoothie to satisfy a sweet tooth. This one really does taste like apple pie with vanilla ice cream.

Ingredients
  • 1 C. no sugar added apple sauce
  • 1 C. 1% milk
  • 8 oz. fat-free vanilla yogurt
  • 4 tsp. vanilla whey powder
  • 1 Tb. almond butter
  • sprinkle of cinnamon
  • 6 ice cubes

Directions
  1. Place all ingredients except for ice in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Once smooth, add ice and blend until smooth again.
