Creamy Spinach And Orzo

An easy rich comfort food.Spinach,orzo and garlic in a creamy sauce.So simple to make and so good.Dont worry,the hot pasta cooks the egg.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked Orzo shopping list
- 1/4 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1 egg,beaten shopping list
- 2 Tblsp.heavy cream shopping list
- 1 IB spinach,stemmed shopping list
- 2 Tblsp. olive oil shopping list
- 3 garlic cloves,sliced shopping list
- 1/4 Tsp.red pepper flakes shopping list
- salt & pepper to taste shopping list
- 1 dash balsamic vinegar shopping list
How to make it
- Cook Orzo,according to directions,drain
- Mix cheese,egg,cream,add to hot orzo.The heat will cook the egg mixture.
- Heat oil,add garlic,saute until soft,add spinach in batches until wilted.Season with red pepper,salt & pepper.Drizzle with vinegar.Top orzo with spinach.
