Ingredients

2 cups cooked Orzo

1/4 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese

1 egg,beaten

2 Tblsp.Heavy cream

1 IB Spinach,stemmed

2 Tblsp. Olive oil

3 garlic cloves,sliced

1/4 Tsp.Red pepper flakes

salt & pepper to taste

1 dash Balsamic vinegar

Directions

Cook Orzo,according to directions,drain

Mix cheese,egg,cream,add to hot orzo.The heat will cook the egg mixture.

Heat oil,add garlic,saute until soft,add spinach in batches until wilted.Season with red pepper,salt & pepper.Drizzle with vinegar.Top orzo with spinach.
