How to make it

  • For each cookie, with floured hands, shape about 1 Tablespoon of dough around 1 peanut butter ball, covering
  • completely.
  • Place 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with glass dipped in sugar.
  • 5 Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 7-9 minutes.
  • When cookies are done, they should be set and slightly cracked.

    I found the dough to be rather crumbly. And I definately didn't get 30 cookies out of it.

    I just finished making these and they are excellent! It makes a very nice soft dough that is super easy to work with. One thing I did was I put each dough onto individual pieces of plastic wrap. I flattened them and shaped them into squares and marked it going 5x6. That way I had perfect, even size pieces and didn't end up with an uneven number of pb balls compared to chocolate and they were a uniform size.
